One decision is keeping you stuck.
You have been circling the same decision for weeks. Pricing. Hiring. Positioning. A difficult client. Changing direction. Every conversation brings another opinion. Every day you do not decide, the business stands still.
Imagine walking away...
Knowing exactly what you are going to do. Feeling lighter. Moving again. No more replaying the same decision every night.
You'll walk away with:
One clear decision.
The commercial reasoning behind it.
The next practical move.
Relief you are no longer carrying it around.
Clarity, confidence and a firm belief on what to do next.
How we work together:
60-minute 1:1 strategy session
Pre-session questionnaire
Written summary and actions of the decision and next move
Best if you are interested in working together but want to experience how I think before committing to something deeper.
You have outgrown the way you are leading
This is not about one problem. It is about the whole business. You are making every decision, holding every idea, carrying every opportunity and trying to see the next version while standing inside the current one.
Imagine leaving the day...
With one clear direction instead of fifty competing priorities. Knowing where your next growth comes from, what you are saying no to and exactly what Monday looks like. Excited about the business again, not overwhelmed by it.
You'll walk away with:
A clear commercial direction.
Your opportunities ranked by value.
A 90-day roadmap.
Confidence in what to pursue, pause or remove.
How we work together:
Pre-work diagnostic.
One focused strategic day.
Audit of offers, positioning, revenue and time.
Written roadmap.
Follow-up call within two weeks.
Perfect if you are ready to redesign the next version of your business.
BY INVITATION ONLY.

Business consultant · 1:1 with established business owners
I come into your business alongside you, put the structure, processes and systems in place, and help you make the decisions you've been carrying on your own. You've got the ideas and the vision. I'm your wing woman.
The result: a business that grows without everything running through you, run on numbers instead of gut feel.
Another Monday, and someone hasn't turned up.
The end of every quarter fills you with dread. VAT, payroll, the numbers you haven't looked at.
70% of your revenue comes from one client, and you try not to think about it.
You can't remember the last big decision you made with someone challenging you on it.
You've built something real. A proven offer, clients getting results, a small team. But the business has grown faster than the structure underneath it.
You spend more time overthinking how to handle the team than running the business.
The tough conversation has been on your list for months.
They bring you problems, not solutions. You can't delegate without redoing it.
No real structure, processes or systems, so growth just means you working harder.
Decisions about how the business should run keep getting pushed to next week.
You're the only person who knows how half of it actually works.
You're not sure where you sit financially, so every big decision feels like a gamble.
You open the accounts and close the tab in 30 seconds.
You celebrate revenue, but couldn't tell me your profit.
The revenue-generating work gets dropped for whatever's on fire.
It's all in your head, and you're too close to it to see clearly.
Every quarter, you tell yourself the next one will be different.
You're dependable, capable, the person everyone relies on. Which is exactly why asking for help feels uncomfortable. So it stays on your desk for another quarter.
“I should be able to fix this myself.”
“It's probably just a busy season.”
“If I hire one more person, it'll improve.”
“Perhaps next quarter.”
I've been called all sorts.

Call me what you like. What matters to you is the result I get you. And what my clients actually call me is their wing woman.
I'm a business consultant who works inside your business, a bit like a part-time operations director. I look at the whole thing, tell you the truth about what I see, and then roll my sleeves up and help you sort it. You concentrate on what only you can do. I'll go and sort the rest.
01
The outside view you can't get from inside it.
02
On the hire, the deal, the price, before you commit.
03
A 90-day plan with ranked priorities, decided with conviction.
04
Hands-on, inside the business, with you and your team.
05
You and your team, accountable to what we agreed.
Everything I do with you sits on the same six pillars. We start with whichever is costing you most right now.
CEO mindset
Headspace to think. Someone senior to think it through with. The confidence to back your own decisions, and the energy to see them through.
Strategy and structure
The decision you've sat on for months, made. A 90-day plan with ranked priorities, and numbers you can read and use to decide.
Offer
You know what actually makes you money, what to cut, and you hold your price in the room. Less riding on one or two clients.
Sales and marketing
A steady pipeline of the right clients, and your time back on the work that brings the money in.
Systems and processes
The CRM set up, the processes out of people's heads, a weekly rhythm that works. I love this part. It's where the profit quietly leaks out.
Team and client experience
Clear roles, the right hires, and the tough conversations handled well. I'll have them alongside you, then show you how to have the next one yourself.
What you think you need
What usually needs fixing
Better time management
A structure that stops putting everything through you
To hire someone
Knowing how to lead first, or the hire makes it worse
More leads
Pricing, offers and delivery that were never built to scale
More accountability
Someone who can see the whole business and say what to do next
To push harder
A new approach, because the one that got you here has stopped working
You can find any framework you want online. What you can't find is someone who'll look at your business, tell you what's really going on, and help you make the decisions that matter.
Nobody around you will tell you when you're the bottleneck, when your pricing is wrong, or when your instinct is fear dressed up as strategy. Not your team, not your clients, not your peers. That outside view is why big businesses bring in non-executive directors. You get the same seat at the table, for part of the month.
Client story · T2FIT
“People can be used to me leading it. It's nice to have a different set of eyes, a different voice, a different authority in the room. Honestly, I don't think we would have been able to come up with this without your help.”

Sam knew what she wanted. What she didn't have was the clarity on how to get there, or the belief that she could. We built the plan together, then worked out exactly what bringing in a team would look like and what it would cost. She made the hires knowing the numbers worked, and has since brought two team members into the business.
“I didn't know how to grow the way I wanted to and what I needed to. I don't think I had the belief in myself that I needed. Two years ago I was on £3k months and fast forward to now I have £22k months and have added another £50K to my 2026 revenue. I believe your belief in me has been my biggest driver. I did know a lot of things, I just didn't know how to action them in my business.”

The Embedded Partnership
Built around your business
Every business is different, so we agree the scope on your discovery call. A senior operator for part of the month, without the cost of a senior hire. Six-month minimum.
Apply for a discovery callI spent 19 years as a senior leader within the retail sector. A management team of 20, more than 500 colleagues, and over £1m a week to account for. I've had the hard conversations, rebuilt the teams and fixed the processes at a scale where getting it wrong was expensive.
Now I bring that into established businesses, hands-on. I'm not an accountant. I understand numbers commercially: what they mean, what they're telling you, and what to do about them. I'm a straight talker, I don't do fluff, and I'll say the hard thing diplomatically, then help you do it.
The commercial discipline of a big business, and I know what it feels like at the kitchen table.
Natalie
You own an established business, usually £100k or more, often with a small team. You've got the ideas and the drive, and you want someone experienced to look at the whole business, tell you the truth, and help you sort it.
You want a cheerleader or a magic pill, you won't look at your numbers, or you don't really want to let go. And if you're just starting out, my Business Built Strategically Accelerator is the better place to begin.
STEP ONE
Four quick questions, so I know where the business is before we speak.
STEP TWO
Pick a time for a 30-minute discovery call, and tell me what's wobbling.
STEP THREE
If we're a fit, I look under the bonnet and send you a written plan for month one.
No. You stay the owner and the CEO. I work alongside you and take on the parts you shouldn't be carrying alone.
Yes. That's the point. I'm in the meetings, setting up the systems, and alongside you for the conversations that matter.
No. Your accountant files your accounts. I help you understand what the numbers are telling you, and decide what to do about them.
Because I work inside the whole business, not one part of it, and I stay for the follow-through. Most clients work with me for one to three years.
It depends on your business and how much of me you need. We agree the scope and investment on our call, before anything is signed. Partnerships run for a minimum of six months.
Both. Days in the business are in person where we can. Travel outside London is agreed upfront.
Yes. My 1:1 partnerships work on you and the business, without the days inside it.
