19 years, senior leader in a top FTSE 100. A team of 20 managers, 500+ colleagues, £1M budget every week. High-stakes commercial decisions under real pressure daily. I didn't leave to escape it, I left to do the most direct version of it.
I work with founders as a Fractional CEO: your strategic partner inside the business. Not a traditional coach. Not an accountant. Someone who has actually sat at the level you're trying to reach because you didn't build this to be the bottleneck inside it.
I qualified as a personal performance & corporate executive coach, personality profiler and accredited strategist. I now speak on how I applied the same frameworks to build my own business to £24,000 in the first 90 days and 6 figures in year three.
My clients get results because I don't do fluff, I do the detail, the honest conversations, and the structure most people avoid. I also care about them so everything we do starts with a relationship where I meet them where they are at.
