ALL YOU HAVE IS RIGHT IN-FRONT OF YOU

I have recently found my love for journaling and meditation again. Previously, I made these acts a chore by planning them into my day and it became forced. I changed my approach and have started listening to what I want to do more based on my feelings and it has resulted in a big leap forward.

Today I was writing and I thought about what most people working towards. Often it is along the lines of “I’m trying to become a…”

Coaching is about asking powerful questions. I share with clients that as much as we do not have to be a job expert to coach within a specific field or industry, I do notice that I ask more powerful questions when I have an understanding and credibility within that field and I am more empathetic in my skills of listening and through my tonality in the moment with someone.

This is why I specifically love to work with coaches around confidence, career and business. I have credibility as a leader, culture, confidence, career management and I am a qualified performance and corporate executive coach.

It all helps to build our relationship and as I always share, business is about relationships.

It is about being fully invested into someone to seek to understand, help them move forward in their life and listing to everything happening around them. (This is called global listening - using intuition, picking up emotion and sensing signals from your coachee's body language.)

Now if I was to build on the question at the start, I would ask:

“Why are you doing that?”

“What are you hoping it will be like when you get it?”

I see clients constantly immersing themselves with effort and energy into chasing things that are simple and straight forward to acquire yet all they want is;

It’s like looking for your sunglasses and realising they were on your head the whole time.

All of these are a choice in your life.

When are you going to call off the search and give time, energy and effort to doing the right things, you discover you will attract these in abundance.

All you have is right in-front of you.
